Leaching Behavior of Rare Earth Elements and Aluminum from Weathered Crust Elution-Deposited Rare Earth Ore with Ammonium Formate Inhibitor

In situ leaching of weathered crust elution-deposited rare earth ore usually uses ammonium sulfate as the agent, which poses challenges such low mass transfer efficiency, high consumption agent and long periods. order to intensify process elements reduce impurity accompanying earth, formate were mixed a novel compound treat ore. The effects concentration, liquid/solid ratio, pH temperature on (RE) aluminum (Al) investigated evaluated using chromatographic plate theory. Results showed that could effectively enhance efficiency significantly inhibit aluminum. Leaching has greater impact A higher by providing driving force overcome resistance diffusion. optimum conditions for are 0.1 mol/L compounded with 0.032 formate, 4–8 0.8:1 liquid:solid (mL/g) ratio room temperature. Under this condition, was improved, inhibited.
